Complaint Review: Us Direct Express

Us Direct Express This company will not release my childrens Death benefits from their mother. We have been waiting for 4 months and customer service won't help. Internet

 My wife passed away from Cancer in Mid-Jan. She had been receiving S.S. Disability. Her checks would be deposited into a Direct Express account every month.

 She passed in the middle of the month so, it was to late to stop the direct deposit. I contacted Direct Express about her passing and informed them to return the money back to S.S. so, my children could recieve their money.

 After being told countless times to contact S.S. i was lied to by a very rude person saying, there is no money in that account. It was sent back to S.S.

 I contacted S.S. and was told that was not the case and to stay on them about the money. It has been 4 months now and still no money. What can i do?
