I am writing to report US direct warranty.  I had a previously a 10 year relationship with this company had body extend warranties over a period of time for my cards.  In November 2015 when warranty expired and I immediately renewed, I discussed the policy terms with the salesperson who had been friendly in the past over the phone and it included the ultimate protection package with technology protection.  We agreed on a Price and the warranty was sent to me and marked sign by phone.  In April of the following year I had a problem with my navigation system and took it to the car technician to have it fixed, they declined to cover it on the grounds that I had not purchased a technology package.  When asked to hear the transcripts of our conversation as I was sure that I had purchased a technology package they told me that they did not have them and failed to provide him the acted in a rude manner and were unprofessional.  I stated my grievance several times and discussed it with one of the managers, in a routine manner he told me I had no records whatsoever, "you do not have the leg to stand up".  I did remind him that I had been a customer for 10 years and that the salesman had told me that we were including everything because it was the ultimate package with the technology upgrade.  They stated that they really could rewrite the policy and cancel the current one for the same price but they would not include my navigation system since it was already a known problem.  This company is committing insurance fraud by changing the terms of the agreement and not securing the actual terms through a signature.  They are able to alter the contract to whatever they would like.
