in 2015 I entered into a contractual agreemen with Robert Renzella of US Federal Contractors, to assist me in securing government contracts for my business.

My company sell and services financial services insurance products, and my intention was to sell insurance to the employees of the federal government.  My contract stated that if I could cancel my contract with the company within 48 hrs, and they would return my $1,956.  Less than 48 hrs. I contacted Mr. Renzella and advised that I did not think this company was a good fit for me, since I did not sell a tangible product, and I wanted a refund.

Mr. Renzella assured me in writing and verbally that this program would assist me in bidding on government conttracts.

In 2016 during the open enrollment period, I contacted OPM (Office of Personell Management) to see how I could obtain copies of the RFPs' issued to bid on government contracts.  I was informed by OPM that the insurance for federal employees has never been put out for bidding purposes.  I immediately contracted Mr. Renzella and asked for a refund of my money, since his employer was never able to assist me, that I was lied to on a continual basis in writing, and verbally.

As of today, February 21, 2017, the company has refused to refund my money.
