US FIDELIS Auto Warrenty scammers, rip-offs, false advertisers, liars, Wentzville Missouri

I purchased an extended warrenty from this lying company for my 05 ford exp. i wa told that as long as i had proof of vehicle maintenance my truck wold be covered for any problems BIG or SMALL, but that was'nt the case. i called US FEDILIS and told them i heard a noise in my truck and what should i do...They suggested i take my vehicle to the shop of my choice.

After i found a ford dealer that would except these creeps i took my truck there and was told by US FEDILIS to have the mechanic call in with the problem. after it was determined by the ford mechanic that a new engine was needed the problem began. This rip-off company told mei needed to sen in copies of my oil changes(I did that) they denied me said it wasnt enough.

i told them my dad performed oil changes for me they said they needed proof of puchased oil for those times(i did that) they denied me again. they told me there wasnt any milage for the truck on 2 of the receipts. i found a receipt i had from my state inspection the day before i had the oil changes on the last recept with the mileage they told me to fax that in i did that along with my vehicle maintenance book.

i was told an adjuster would be sent out but this wasnt an indication that my claim would be honored the adjuster came 72 hours after i was told 24-48 hours and denied my claim once AGAIN

ths time they said it was for insufficent paper work and "sludge" i called to find out what other papers were needed becausei didnt have any thing else to fax in and exactly what"sludge" ment.

well, i was told the sludge was a build up over a period of time when i asked how much time they said a few years meanwhile this is a 05 exp and i purchased the vehicle in 08 after i told them this i was told that anything that happened to the vehicle before i purchased the warrenty didint count. SLUDGE?

If i would have known that the receipts i had before the purchase of the warrenty wasnt going to help me when i needed my truck fixed or sludge that built up when someoe else drove the car would be a cuase for my truck not to get fixed i WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THE WARRENTY!

these people advertise like they will fix whatever problem you have with your vehicle no matter what...and as of matter of fact THEY ARE LYING

Please go to stltoday.com for several articles on this company. This is the St. Louis Post Dispatch's website. Do a search on their website for us fidelis. Also for 'From prison to the pinnacle' which is an article about the president of this company.

Your attorney general needs to know this. 40 attorneys general are investigating this company. Missouri had 2 lawsuits against them; one was resolved, the company got a huge fine---but only a slap on the wrists for them. Also, they are being investigated by the Missouri Department of Insurance and the Atkinson brothers who owned this didn't go to court after receiving a subpeona. I suppose they think with their wealth that they are above the law.

Remember...report to your attorney general, please....more people who complain, the more attention it gets! Fight and you may get your money back!
