Bought their service and had to cancel as my disibility was cancelled and I would not be able to make payments - they talked me into keeping it at a lower price and payment and extended my monthy due payment and I called back to cancel again and a woman told me that they would send me $120 and I asked that they not keep any of it because of my illnes and the cancellation of my disibility and they finally credited my account with $34 and when I called after waiting 20 munites to find I had a co that said I was calling the wrong co - they gave me another # another 20 minutes and they said they couldn't find my account with the numbers off their paperwork cause it was another co - like I was supposed to know something - they need to communicate with their partners - anyway they said they will get back to me. If they do I will cancell this report, I just want my money back as I cancelled within their time period and I have had an unfortunate situation and they don't need my money - they have billions according to their commercials, so I hope they are not rippin g off others.
