Us Fidelis tier One Warranty Dealer Services, Mepco, Tier One Compleat Scam Internet
I got this extended warranty from US Fidelis specifically because I have a son with leukemia, and need to travel from Springfield MO to Memphis TN to ST Judes Children s Research Hospital quite often. I have made 2 payments just over 350.00 for the service they claim to offer. They have a 60 day or 1200 mile period you have to wait before a claim. I had the policy for 65 days and 6000 miles the trip is 600 miles round trip. when I got the policy I specifically asked if everything was covered and I listed the things I was concerned about. The CV joint was one of them. on the 19th of Dec I noticed the cv Joint was going out, I called their customer service number and they said yes it is covered. So I take it to the auto repair shop and they call and are told they have to be called back. 3 hours later US Fidelis Calls back and says it is not covered. I call them back and they proceed to tell me that on my front wheel drive vehicle the drive axel, third member, and u joint is covered, however not the cv joint. This makes no sense to me cause it does not have any of those things. So I argued for 30 mins and finally said cancel it. They proceed to tell me it is going to take 4 to 6 weeks to cancel I dont understand why that is, untill a few mins ago they prorate your refund so another month and a half alows them to keep more of the refund. I dont know how a company can steel money for a service it does not provide and get away with it. I have reported them to the Atty Gen in MO and the BBB In st louis I have to say I doubt if I will ever get a refund from them. I also have to say I hope they change thier ways before they have to face God in Judgment.
