Us Fidelis tier One Warranty Refused to Honor Warranty to Faithful Senior after she had paid over a year for their warranty!! Internet

After owning a lemon of a car I decided to purchase a new car.  I found what I thought would be my dream car.  I decided that I wanted to have coverage to cover any possible problems that may arrise while I was still paying the car company.  I saw the ad on TV for U.S. Fidelis with Rusty Wallace.  When I made my call to them I was still not sure if this was the right company for me, but they pursued to get me to give them my account information and sign me up!!!

All was going great I was making my payment not only on time but before they were even due.  On June 23rd my dream car had transmission problems. I called U.S. Fidelis and they told me to take my car to Aamco Transmission.  The mechanics looked at my car and found that i needed planetary gears and torque convertor repair.  This is something that was covered under the plan that I had been faithfully paying for.  However when called to get permission to do the work they refussed coverage because they stated that the oil changes I had done were not done at a business they approved.  I had my oil changed by a certified A.S.E mechanic at his home. 

It is now July the 7th and my car is still waiting at Aamco Transmission and I am still making my car payment and my payments to U.S. Fidelis.  I expect them to honor the warranty that I have paid for.  If they continue to refuse I will do what ever I to, to have them hold up to their obligations.
