 As of June, 2013 this company has changed direction.  Previously the interest was focused on the client. Since that time the focus is totally to get the commission.  There is very little commission on bullion sales.  However, the commissions paid for so called "investment grade" are the goal of the boiler room sales agents.  Don't fall for "our main goal is to protect your money". That is an outright lie.  The sales agents' goal is to make a commission. Period. 

If you are middle eastern they don't even want to talk to you as middle eastern people as a whole will not buy anything other than bullion. If you do want "investment grade" you can buy it up to 40% cheaper from other online dealers.  Shop around.  Don't fall for the tactic "I just got this in" or "I don't see this very often because it is so rare." "don't miss out on this opportunity".  Do your homework and take your time.
