Do not buy precious metals from USGB! I bought platinum coins from USGB as per a very aggressive sales pitch. They gain your confidence then rip you off on both the purchase and the buy back! The buy back price was half my purchase price, even though platinum had increased by over 30%. I had also bought gold bullion, which was doing very well. However, when I inquired about the buy back procedure, USGB would not help with shipping. You cannot ship gold via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS without a corporate account-so I asked how do I get the metals to you-can I use your account and I pay for shipping? They LITERALLY told me "they did not know". I asked how it was done with other customers (surely, I was not the first to sell metals back to USGB) again they said I don't know. I asked, "ARE YOU SERIOUS OR ARE YOU MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO SELL BACK TO YOU"! They hung up on me and now will not take my calls (caller I.D.) GET THIS! Every now and then I get a call from, who I believe, is a new agent who is searching the files of past customers. This is the PITCH. I see your gold has done very well and have you seen what platinum is going for? I recommend you sell your gold and use the profits to buy platinum. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USGB
