Complaint Review: US GOLDLINE

This company, I experienced exactly what everyone else is complaining about, This company is a SCAM! You are not told about the services completely such as the $250 they will deduct from your account but you are very clearly told of the $1.88 you will be charged for processing.

You are not told you can only use this card for THIER products on THEIR website, My attorneys contacted them, they had 30 days to respond, here the 32nd day...no response, I went to my bank and filled a dispute against them as well.

I cancelled the very same day I applied, a week later 03/24/2008 i see my account is over drawn for $275.00 $250 from US Goldline and $25 from my bank. I called and asked them what was going on... All they could say was "Im sorry sir there is no record on file you cancelled on the recording only you agreeing and noone typed it in the long" all i could think is WHAT THE "H"? They refused to return the money and if that was not the case they NEVER sent the credit card! I WANT A CLASS ACTION SUIT PLEASE EMAIL ME AT : (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
