US GOVERMENT GRANT SCAM Was asked to comfirm Bank info so they could deposit my grant Clarksville Tennessee
I applied for several Goverment grants early in the day to help my family through a hard time ...... Using only MY cell phone ... my husband recieved a phone call from a man with a strong accent ON HIS CELL NUMBER a number i DID NOT GIVE OUT. The man asked My husband to confirm out bank account (they already had all of the info THAT I DID NOT GIVE OUT IN ANY OF THE ALLPICATIONS) My husband not knowing that i did not give out that info confirmed it. soon after he told me what happened we had been approved for a $7500 grant only applied for 5000 And when he told me they called on his number something didnt seem right. so i went to call the number that the call came from it was an uncallible number #331 this just happened less then an hour ago. we Need help finding oout what to do to keep our bank account from getting debited for anything... or getting ripped off
