Complaint Review: US Government Grant Department

I have received in the last couple of week the same call advising me of my winning from the government of the amount t of $8000.  They provide you with an grant ID  and security code and a phone number to call.

At this number the individual make a request for you to make a payment an want your credit card information before they can release a government check!!!!! They are very aggressive one actually return my call after I hung on him an said this was a scam an call me a few nasty word on my answering machine for wasting his time.

is there away to block this number?
