Complaint Review: US Grants Interactive

They called and said I was chosen to receive a grant, I determine the amount and use it however I desire. Originally called for someone else, found out I wasn't that person and gladly talked to me any way.

Spoke to someone with a very thick accent, Jeffrey Shan. Wanted my bank account information so they could verify my information and then said they would charge me $269 for the software. Money refundable if I was denied, need to send in three denial letters, etc.

Gave me the customer service number and said they would call back in 15 minutes. Thus far, I've received two phone calls.
