US Guardian ripoff fraudulent liers dishonest annoying ripoff Buffalo New York
People in my family were offered a credit card from US Guardian promising a credit line of 2000 dollars. They requested 199 dollars as a deposit for the credit card.
We never received the card so we put a stop payment on the account. After a few weeks they tried again to extract the funds from the checking account using a different name.
Do not fall for their scams because thats exactly what they are is scams. They will not give you a credit card and when you contact them they will give you a run around and never let you speak to a supervisor.
From what I know they run out of Canada and claim to be from Buffalo, NY. If you fall victim to this scam contact New York State Attorney General Elliot Spitzer's office and file a complaint. The Attorney Generals office is aware of this problem and they are doing what they can about it.
