US Inspect And Tim Tucker did't complete inspection, MISSED $10,000 of MOLD, WATER and DRYROTT damages under kitchen!! Indiana
US Inspect was hired to inspect a home we made an offer on. The inspector did'nt go all the way under the house. 38 days after we moved in we found a leek under our kitchen.
We sterted tairing out the floor (going and going) till we came to dry wood. Well 11ft by 8ft off our kitchen was tour out to the floor joist. The floor joist had mold and water damage.
We contacted US Inspect, the inspector came back out to look at the kitchen. He claimed that we inhansed the photos. He also said this damage happend within the 38 days that we lived here.

As Tim Tucker walked out of our home he said "My company has deep pockets and we can keep this in court for years."
At this time (4 months later) we are not done rebuilding our kitchen.
