I thank God that I finally came across this website as I had been looking for readdress with no avail.

I reserved a property at Fossil Hill, Texas on 26 Aug 2014. The coach went on long holiday after my reservation and even after his return, we were still sorting out on the other details of the property i.e. due diligence was not even completed. It was never highlighted that if the Buyer’s Fee did not reach US Invest within 48 hours from 26 Aug, the property will go to other buyers

On 10 Sep 2014 the coach still asked for payment of Buyer Fee for a property which by now US Invest would have known had gone to another party. Payment was made on that day.

On 18 Sep 2014, I was surprised to learn that Fossil Hill had gone to another buyer citing reason that my money did not reach US Invest within 48 hours from 26 Aug 2014.

It took US Invest more than 3 weeks to discover and advise the property had gone to another buyer.

Due to time zone difference, payment got delayed and usually did not get received within 48 hours. This was acknowledged by the coach. This means that almost all overseas investors will run into the same scenario even if they have paid up on the day of reservation. They will end up being told that their selected units are no longer available to them (because payment is not received within 48 hours) and there is no refund. They will be told (like me) to select another unit even though by now your faith in the company is already shaken and you do not wish to go ahead.

Customers are held hostage to continue to deal with US Invest in view of the Fee paid.

The coach also claimed that he was not aware that property had gone to another buyer. This is ridiculous since he worked for US Invest and customers like me should not be responsible for their internal screw-up.

Lastly, I demanded for the repayment of the Buyer Fee on 18 Sep 2014, the day I was informed there is no deal. Only until 7 Oct 2014 was I informed that Buyer Fee is not re-fundable.

On top  of that, US Invest had already profited from Membership Fee of US$995.
