I received an email from Steven Johnson at stevelawfirm@outlook.com threatening to sue me for a payday loan I allegedly owe to Quick Payday (a company I've never heard of). I replied, asking what it was about because I don't recall doing a payday loan with that company. He replied saying that I needed to "refresh my memory". He said that my file is on the verge of being downloaded to my local courthouse. The info he listed is correct except for my job, which I haven't worked in 3 years. He said I can either pay out of court settlement of $865 or it can go forward to court.
