Complaint Review: US Lighting Group - Paul Spivak

 Paul first asked me to invest into his company as a distributor about a year ago. I payed $10,000.00. Since then I have received zero help, places thousands in orders, some that still have never received. The first order took 10 weeks. 50% of my customers canceled their orders and I was stuck with bulbs. Almost 10-15% of the bulbs are no longer working or have some issue. In addition, during a call with Paul last June, he hung up and the call didn't hang up. He had no idea I was listening. He was speaking to some woman named Laura. He said, that "ni**er" will wait as long as I want him too. I was appalled. Their products are 1/2 a**, their facility is marginal and the management team is a complete joke. I invested 3 years of saving into US alighting Group and receives zero support and only been insulted. To make matters worse, recently a gentleman who said he was "Richard Mallion" , contacted me a few months back and tried to sell my stock of the company. He told me that Paul was broke and needed help for company bills. I proceeded to call Paul, and he told me he is unauthorized to sell any company stock and he is going to sue him. There are obviously major issues at this company. Their stock has dropped significantly and it now has a warning from the SEC when you pull it up on a quote under USLG. I would stay as far as you can from this racist awful company, and anything Paul Spivak is involved in. I have looked him up and he has been involved in many lawsuits and other issues regarding his company. Paul is a lying racist, I heard the words. Anyone can make business mistakes, but you can't change that your a person of hate.
