US Lloyds Insurance Standard Insurance Refuses to repair roof when 3 different roofing companies and a public adjuster have confirmed it is totaled Hurst, Texas

We have had US Lloyds come out to veiw our roof 3 or 4 times in the past 4 years due to hail. Each time they came, the answer was always, "Its close. Just one more good hail storms and it will need to be replaced." Almost every home in our neighborhood has gotten a new roof, and after softball sized hail this summer, we knew our roof had been damaged enough to qualify.

After 2 visits out, they are still denying our claim based on the fact that they follow "heg" standards. They are requiring that we have 14 fractures per square foot instead of the standard 10 dents. We have even have a public adjustor out to speak with them. They ended up shouting at him and stating that they follow the rules for commercial buildings, not residential buildings even though we have residential insurance.

We should know on Monday if they choose to deny us yet again, but we will be pursing legal action against them if they choose to deny the claim a 5th time.
