Complaint Review: us-mattress

I was searching to purchase a serta mattress and came across us-mattress.com upon finding the mattress i was interested in purchasing I noticed they had a 110% price guarantee.  So I figured I would search online to see if anyone else had a better price.  Low and behold the mattress I orginally looked at was priced at $1799 and I found it at a competitor for $1209.  I immediatly notified us-mattress.com of the lower price.  Their response was that they would not match the price beacuse it was to low.  So the price match is a scam and they pick and choose what pricing they will match for identical items.  the falsely advertise a guarantee that is false, and the only thing you will get is sorry were not matching.  The actual email from us-mattress is posted below.
