US Movers ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Lauderdale Lakes Florida
this is my 2nd reporting of this company. they refuse to supply me with a copy of the contract i signed at the time of the move. i have contacted the attorney general's office as they have also ignored my lawyer's request for a copy. i have also reported them to the miami herald as well.
the contract states that my belongings would be weighed before a final balance would be quoted -- they did not weigh until after my attorney threatened them and then miraculously, the weight of my thing decreased and the price dropped several thousand dollars -- how many other people have been victim to "bait-and-switch"?
