Complaint Review: US Mult Service

US Mult Service themultipleservice purchased DVDs over hundred dollars never received DVDs Internet

I have attached emails from myself as well as the postmaster. Apparently something was sent but I never touched the envelope as I saw that nothing was in it as well as the package was open. Even after the postmaster send Carmen the information as well as I told with her she continued to state that she will send the DVDs. To date she will has not replied to my emails or the postmaster's emails non has she sent the DVDs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND THEY WILL NOT ENSURE THAT YOU GET YOUR MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to assist Ms. M with a package that she has already paid you for but she has never received.  I remember this package because it arrived at the Knightdale Post Office with no contents at all.  I actually scanned the package that morning on 04/27/11 as "VISIBLE DAMAGE".  Ms. M refused the package when the carrier took it to her that day because it was clear that there were no contents.  I'm not sure that I understand the delay due to filing a claim.  The package was not insured when it was mailed.
 
Please speed this process up for Ms. M.  She should not have to wait on a package that she has already paid for and that was not packaged sturdy enough when mailed.

There is nothing for you to worry about. Your package was rescheduled to be shipped last Friday due to your claims of not receiving the merchandise. You will receive your tracking number in 24 hours and as for your package you should be receiving it no later than 7 days.
