Complaint Review: U.S. National Properties

I have yet to receive my refund of $59.00. I have been waiting patiently for my refund at least four months now. I've called several times over the past four months and one of the sales representatives told me that I was to receive my refund in 2 weeks in the form of a money order. I discussed my situation with a man who claimed that he was the sales manager but he was not very helpful. In addition, he suggested that I file a complaint, which had already been filed two months ago. I specifically asked him: When am I going to receive my refund? I was told: I do not have that information. I sent them a letter about receiving my refund and I haven't gotten a responce yet.
