Complaint Review: US National Properties

I ordered the package that US National Properties advertised on the television so that I could gain access to some of the auctions around my area to look for a car. After I was on the path to purchasing a car from a dealership, I called the number I was given to cancel their services and was then told that I should get on their 30 day satisfaction guaranteed plan and was told that I would receive my money 3 months preceding the telephone call since I cancelled prior to the thirty day period. Now I have not received my money back nor can I get in contact with them in any manner. I have tried their membership support number (800-499-7719) and tried their website (www.usbargainproperties.com) trying to talk to anyone and neither has been successful.
