Complaint Review: us passport on line llc

This is a total SCAM. They have a very official looking website. You can easily click on it  if you are looking for a governmental passport agency. They make you fill out a form online, then smack you with a fee of $129.00. You think you are done, but there are more forms to fill, then you have to send another $170.00. They supposedly expedite your application.I dealt with a "Mickey".When this happened to me on Jan 30, 2014, I called them back. I got Tom", Mickey was busy. I asked for cancellation and full refund. 

I was informed that they will charge a fee of $45.00  for "booking" my case- note that the paperwork was just started, and all the online forms had not yet been completed.The salesman Tom was rude, cutting me off, and finally agreed to credit my account for the remainder in 15 days time.!! He also refused to allow me to record our conversation.STAY AWAY FROM THEM. There is a roomful of people talking on telephones. Its a telemarketing nightmare.They need to be investigated.I am reporting them to BBB and FTC
