Complaint Review: US Pharmacy

US Pharmacy, US Pharma, Nobilex...are companies created by Amy Mattivi and Tim Sittarz through their "deep connections" and "industry links". They have access to 100 thousand names, addresss, phone number, and other personal information that they have stolen and used to commit internet crimes and other violations of the laws. They have created multiple death threat web sites to kill anyone who challenges them.  They go by several fictitious names on the internet: Amy Mattivi, Al Sittarz, Tim Sittarz, GotChix, GotCha (which is sent as a virus to take over computers), Emma, Bertha, Carol C....They have been calling me for 2 years trying to tell me they have an insurance program that cover drugs they can send to me COD.  They say the cost includes the insurance to make it easy for me to reorder from them.

The website is owned by a domain company in Japan that is based in Oceanside, California.

The main operator is Amy Mattivi. She claims to work for a major insurance company, called Hub International, based in Chicago, Illinois. If you type in Hub International US Pharmacy Pharma Nobilex, you will get a link to a pharmacy and news reports about a Caribbean warehouse that supplies US Pharmacy and links to online Canadian pharmacies and Mexico drugs. There is no website.

I have checked the other RipOff Reports and they are not correct - I contacted the cities in Florida and they told me they have strong regulation and there is no US Pharmacy-Nobilex there. They said they were sick of the complaints because somebody made the story up that the company is based out of multiple cities under different names. The real US Pharmacy is run out of Chicago so they can get drugs from Canada and shipments from Texas.

Please help me stop them. They have been calling my cell phone for 2 years now and call every day.
