Complaint Review: US Phone LD Calling Plan Planet Earth Communications

I've been charged every month since February $48.79 for a long distance calling service that I never contracted. The charges started appearing on my Discover statement - without a contact phone number. Different CSR's at Discover issued temporary credits, two of which were actually credited by LD Calling Plan. In the meantime, 5 additional monthly charges appeared. Discover tells me that they cannot stop or block merchant charges. I've since cancelled my Discover card which I've had since 1995. Using the numbers given on this site, I've left messages for several individuals. emails were returned - host unknown - americanfone.com.

I finally spoke with a civil-enough CSR who is processing check requests for me at this point - each of which can take 3 weeks. She wouldn't tell me who gave them my credit card info. I'm looking for any contact information on officers of this rip-off who has recently called themselves Planet Earth Communications. Thank you for your service.
