Marcel Sadus, managing broker of US Realty in Schaumberg is a ripping real estate agents off of their commission. I have done a closing and he ended up sending me a bill for over my commission amount. Then I heard he has done that to several other agents. He sends you a bill for audit at $190/hr. He is never in the office. Office is a virtual office. He is trying to leave the country but there are 2 investigators which are watching him and will arrest him if he will try to leave the country. He has several litigation cases against in Cook County. He will offer you 100% commission and then rip you off after you do the closing. STAY away from him. Now he is scamming people with their TAXES. His cel number is 773-234-2002    Please stay from him and we are doing our best to shut him down for good.

Do not be fooled by these statements

Do not be fooled by anonymous statements of this individual. He was hoping to get out of contracts he signed. I read the contract I signed with US Realty myself and I know that it is valid and enforceable. If you ever were a business owner for a longer length of time, you know well about all kinds of tricks your people and your customers will try to pull to get out of responsibility. This is just another one of them. If there were no contracts, people would not pay for their homes, their cars, even for their couches and TV’s. Our society cannot function without contracts. If he did not want to sign the contract, he never should have signed one and never join US Realty. Instead, he is blaming others for his ignorance.

I worked for US Realty since 2005. Nobody there is doing anything improper. In fact, if you read the comments, you can clearly see that this “anonymous person” is clearly acknowledging that he signed an agreement with US Realty. I sign agreements almost every day. Many of them are online. I have to admit that I often do not read the entire agreements, especially if they are more than a page long. That is the case with most people. We simply do not take the time to read the agreements. The issues of course never come up unless the agreements are enforced. People always complain about the banks charging us fees and ask to remove them. We complain about receiving parking tickets and make up stories trying to get out of them. When we get a speeding ticket, we pretend that we did not know we were speeding. People will ALWAYS do that. It is in our nature. Remember your last visit to traffic court?

I own many rental properties and I always ask my tenants to carefully read the lease agreement they sign. They rarely do. Then they come to me complaining that I need to change the light bulb or take care of other items that are clearly tenant’s responsibility. With time, they realize the contracts are serious and the terms specified in them are binding. It is our nature as human beings to go to great extent to avoid responsibility.

US Realty is a fine company that always went out of its way to help their agents. Their technology set-up was beyond any I have seen out there. Who else could do everything 100% online, any time 24x7x365? It is sad that few ever appreciated that. I definitely did.

It is evil people like Kimberly Davis out of Northshore-Barrington Association of Realtors that were jealous and tried to discredit US Realty and cause them damage for years. She was behind the enforcement of the agreements that this agent resented. If you do not agree with it, you should ask her what her problem is. Do not blame the people that had to enforce the rules. Most people appreciate new technology that saves money and benefits consumers and agents. Not Kim Davis. Cutting the MLS access for the agents right before the weekend. Double billing US Realty and other companies. Abusing her power and violating her own Antitrust Policy manual in many ways. It all started with her and see how tragic the situation is for all involved. Isn’t it time to ask Kim Davis to answer for her deeds and the filthy rich and heartless people of Northshore-Barrington Association of Realtors? They sit on $2 million cash and act as if “their poo does not stink.”

Don’t you think you should have backed US Realty against people who try to wreck your business? If you did, more could have been done early to prevent disagreements. Don’t you think you owe some loyalty to US Realty? To many agents these days adopt the attitude of only caring about themselves. Weren’t there times when you benefited here? I know everybody did because they told me over the years how well organized things were at US Realty and how much they appreciated things. Few people ever left and if they did, they would come back shortly.

Think about how easily we can buy airlines tickets, rent cars, hotels, even search for homes all thanks to new technology. Unfortunately, backward people will try to fight change and stick to status quo. Try to stay behind your company, as you would stand behind your family and all will benefit. When things go wrong with your family do you go online and trash them as well? I hope you don’t. Force, even well intentioned always rebounds upon oneself. This online trashing only speaks of bad manners and low class. In addition, later on it comes to hunt you back as well. Think about much damage you have cause other agents and yourself.

These days anyone can post anything on the Internet, even when not true. Do not be fooled by these accusations. People will always try to get out of agreements they find inconvenient. Cherish good things in life while you still have them.
