Complaint Review: US Record Search - Adoption Registry.net

2007, I thought to surprise a friend that was unsure on how he would feel to meet his biological Parents, I searched the internet and found usrecordsearch.com with a link to adoptionRegistry.net. being that their was a phone number and a physical address along with referrences of appearing on local television shows, I called for a flat fee of $39.99 they stated that an adoption search was simple to locate records if any,(there is I gave him that informatio) It was locating the individuals that would probably take ahwile, but they would keep looking for one flat fee. It's been about a year now, I've called various times for any updates but their system is down then they ask you youre name, the system is up "all of a sudden" and they say its in research " Funny " The file is not even in my name. I ask them for the latest and they don't have any information because the file is being researched.

Like the other complaint I read ,I agree the nasty man is rude! and gets offended easily if you ask him a question. He tells you they will contact you when they have any information He states " I'm not gonna argue with you" and hangs up the phone. The lady has not been rude but she has no answers, just sayes, they will contact you when they have any new.
