Called usrecords search because I was desperate to find out if my debtor had any assets. I was immediately upsold to a bank asset search for $495. Fred Joseph was who I spoke to and he said that he could find out bank account numbers and the amounts in the account. Please, noone do business with this company. I feel that I have an obligation to make sure that noone else falls prey to this fraudulent company. if you are ripped off then please file reports and notify the authorities so that we can put an end to usrecords search.

It is illegal for Mr. Joseph to provide an individual's social security number to another individual. So either this NEVER happened, or if it did, MR. JOSEPH IS BREAKING THE LAW.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE CALL THE FL ATTORNEY GENERAL TO FILE A COMPLAINT IF YOU ARE SCAMMED BY HIM.

Just because one doesnt get positive results when one demands them, that does not mean that the company is a scam!
I paid my money to Fred Joseph and he found the debtor iI was looking for, Got her SS# and located her bank account!
What more do you people want from the guy? blood?

I found USRECORDSEARCH on the Internet to help me locate the grifter who swindled my family to the tune of 70,000 dollars. Fred was honest about the cost, as well as the time frame involved. Sure enough, with the info I gave him, his company was able to give me her true identity, her Social Security number, and where her bank account is located.
So what's wrong with that?
Sometimes we need to take these negative comments with a pound or two of salt!
