Complaint Review: US Salon Supply

After looking for rip off reports on multiple complaint sites for US Salon Supply and finding no bad press, I decided to place an order through www.ussalonsupply.com.  After placing the order I was immediately sent a confirmation email that my order was being processed.  So far everything seemed pretty legit. 

1 day after placing my order I got an email from their customer service with a web order number, invoice number, and a date shipped of 2-Feb-2010.  There was also a comment that stated:

"You will recieve a separate email with the tracking number from UPS once they have the package scanned in at their regional sort facility.  Please allow 1-2 business days to receive the tracking update."

At this point everything still seemed legit.  But after 3 business days and no UPS tracking number I started to get suspicious.  I sent an email requesting an order update, as well as called the 800# provided on the website.  To my surprise the 800# had been disconnected.  Now I know I'm basically screwed. 

The next day I get an email from a different address - US Salon-GWBeauty.  All it is a receipt from my order but I decided to google GWBEAUTY.  Jackpot.... Over 200 reports of scamming from 2005 to 2010.  www.goddess-within.com 

They are the same company as US Salon Supply.  I just hope no one makes the same mistake I did.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
