US Student Loan Center SCAM!!! FRAUD, PREDATORY SALES, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Studen loan Fraud, Scam, Crime, Predatory Tampa Florida
US Student Loan Center is a complete scam! They solicited me promising that for $600 down and $39 a month they will consolidate all of my student loans and show them as paid as long as I continue to pay them $39 a month. They represented this as Obama’s Student Loan Forgiveness Act.
I was willing to save money so I went for it, gave them the $600 and so far I’ve made 17 $39 payments for a total loss to date of $1,263. The problem is, they never consolidated my loans, and never showed them current. I just pulled my credit report for the first time, and my score has dropped detrimentally. I’m currently showing that I have missed 17 student loan payments and I have collection companies coming after me!!
I contacted US Student Loan Center to get this fixed and they said that they can’t do anything about it, and that I can’t get any of my money back from them because they don’t actually do the work.
As it turns out, I could have consolidated my loans and deferred payments on my own for free, and the $1,263 that I’ve spent so far is just wasted money that I could have spent of my loans.
I was content just making my student loan payments, but this company solicited me pretending to be a Government Organization representing the student loan debt relief program. I was told that I had no choice but to pay them the $600 down and $39 a month in order to qualify, but all that is false.
This company is a true scam, taking advantage of hard working college graduates.
I have contacted this company many times to get this resolved, and over the phone they promise me the world. Including reimbursements for the last 17 months of payments I’ve made. Which is the least they could do since they destroyed my credit!! After a few months of empty promises I email them for a written response, and in writing they say that they cannot help me.
Thankfully I have recorded phone calls, I’m setting up a lawsuit for predatory soliciting.

After reading the above mentioned "scam" it comes to a conclusion that the person has no idea what a service is. It's the same as if you went somewhere to get an oil change or anything else you wouldnt want to do yourself. You're giving the professional your loans to help you. Any educated person would see this. Not sure if the person above actually went to college if they cant see this.
