US TECH SUPPORT MAKING UNFULFILLED PROMISES. SANTA MONICA California
Company charged large amount to fix my computer. They said if I didn't get it fixed my computer would crash and would never work again.
They also told me that with the 249.95 that I paid, it would cover this and any other computers I may get in the future.
Now they are trying to tell me that it was for a one year subscription.
I was alreadyu paying 24.95 a month to cover 3 computers.
The 249-95 was for an advanced fix they said I had to have.
