Complaint Review: US Treasury Direct Express Debit MasterCard

This card is promoted as a great thing for people on SSI/SSDI.  It is a joke.  You can not use it on-line to order groceries or anything else (This is the year 2009, isn't it???)  Disabled people might want to order their groceries on-line.  Their web site says they have 24/7 customer service but it is actually a merry-go-round of messages.  No live person to talk to about any problems!!  You are on your own!! Their home page is equally worthless.  What you end of having to do is go to a rip off ATM and withdraw large sums of money to pay bills.  Go to a Social Security office and they are just as dumbfounded and worthless.  Typical goverment mess!!
