I did everything you are SUPPOSE TO DO with making them come in person for the estimate, obtaining confirmation in writing of BINDING PRICE NOT TO EXCEED and email confirming same and they still want me to pay for 3,000 lbs. more than what my wt. on SAME MOVE Oct. 2003 was at 9200 lbs. I insisted that they use that confirmed wt. as a MINIMUM when Felicia was in my home and estimating wt at 8160 lbs. AND TOLD HER we had added a couch, dinette set and computer since then. She assured me those items together wouldn't be more than another 500 lbs. BUT NOW claims they are 3,000 lbs. more!

Have contacted NV States Attorney Generals office, FMCSA, police, attorney, Tyrone Kelly, LV news media, Dateline NBC with no REAL results. As far as I know goods are still in NV.

Movers were "short of people" at beginning of move and had to send us a Budget rental truck to start the packing and then the loading = 26 ft. truck for a 4BR home! Only 2 men to pack then only 2 to load, they did not understand the paperwork from the co. = which was BLANK, not even my name on the contract. I was asked by dispatcher to "help out and complete the contract" with him on the phone "per Felicia's original estimate" that I had in my hand. I did (BIG DUMBY) and now am being accused of FRAUD for completing their documentation (that matches the estimate!).

Felicia tries to quote the FMCSA rules, but when you speak to Kathy Smith @ 775-687-5335 of FMCSA she KNEW Felicia's last name before I gave it to her, and will confirm HOURS spent talking to this woman about the rules that Felicia does NOT want to follow! Mr. James DuBose at FMCSA "team leader" for Barbara Hartwell at same place in Washington, DC (phone 202-366-1643) states we HAVE Binding Price and they can't act until delivery date is missed.

Guaranteed delivery date was to be 6/21/04 per dispatcher, John, and he told me to write it into contract since it was 20 days after packing, "and shouldn't be a problem". Will wait patiently for 07/02/04 date as "promised" in certified letter I rcvd. today stating this is the "latest date of delivery."

Felicia is still alluding to additional charges in her certified letter today. They have to accept cash or postal money order. I will provide postal money order for the balance on contract and NO MORE as I have been advised by the FMCSA, so that there is at least SOME paper trail to prove I paid.

Felicia is claiming there is no inventory manifest, but I have a carbon copy, albeit a sketchy one as there were only 2 guys and they have the copies with all of the stickers attached to it.

How can I verify ALL of my items have been delivered if they elect to only fill one small truck and leave stuff behind??? Make them send me verification of wt. NOW and then make them reweigh stuff in GA?????

She is "bugging" all the people I have contacted and they are all now mad at me and tired of "dealing with children"! All I want is to have the contract EXECUTED at face value. What other motive could I possibly have for "hassling" this company??? But they claim we are "taking advantage" of them! Who has whose goods??????
