US vital records Refused to refund monies after realizing they weren't a government site within minutes of placing order. Wilmington Delaware
Their use of the acronym "US" is very deceiving to the general public. They paid EXTRA money to have their scam site at the top of the search list when seeking to retreive vital documents. IMMEDIATELY after ordering the birth certificate desired, I realized they were not a government agency, and I had paid much more then would've been required on a government site. I called their office, and they flat out REFUSED to return my money, telling me the processing had begun, but they still had to send me a document to fill out, thereby verifying who I was prior to commencing the process. Their DISCLAIMER is at the very bottom of a long scroll down, that I didn't see til I had already ordered the birth certificate in question.
