Complaint Review: US Wireless Inc

After seeing a movie which I decided to upgrade my phone.  They told me about how the IPhone 4 is free with my upgrade.

I was happy at first until my phone broke and I found out that they sold me a USED phone.  I found out it was used because when I called VERIZON to get it covered under the warrenty, VERIZON informed me that my IPhone would not be covered since it was USED!!!

I called the store and no one picked up the phone.  I decided to go to the store in person after spending 30 minutes finding parking.  

They offered to repair the phone for a price and I paid to get it fixed.  The phone broke again with an OTTERBOX case on it...  I went to the Apple store and they informed me that the parts used to repair my USED IPhone were FAKE apple parts.

Stay away from this store!  

Summary:  USED PHONES and FAKE parts are being used to repair phones...
