US Xpress has stated on my DAC Report that I hit a vehicle. This is a outright lie by the company. I have seen others telling about false statements made on DAC Reports here also. I have also see rebuttals such as "this is easy to fix" Yes if you have a month or so to do so and then the money it takes to get the report. I don't have 30 days. I went through a week of a recruiting process with another company and then this comes up, this is BS. Why is this company allowed to do this? I need a lawyer and I hope others do so also. Maybe a class action lawsuit against this company would wake them up. I am tired of it.

I worked a year for them and found out how un caring they are of their drivers. Truck was struck by lightining going through Wy and not once was I asked "Are you O.K." It was only getting their load repowered. Four days fighting for motel room money and then I am told to unload my truck into another drivers truck. I was almost killed and their was not concern over it. Also, truck broke down on a emountain pass in MT in -29 degree temperatures. Stuck in the middle of the highway going up the mountain. at least 45 minutes on hold calling breakdown, after pressing the emergency button on the Driver tech it was still a half hour. Thank god I was not having a heart attack. But I did just about freeze to death.

This company is worthless and heartless. I see other responses to other drivers complaints also from US Xpress themselves stating "Know what you are signing" Did I sign something that I agreed to be in such situation such as I mentioned. All the previous drivers who have been wrong by this company listen up!!!!

Start contacting the their vendors and shareholders to let them be aware of this wrong doings. We are not just disgruntled employees, we are human beings with families and lives.
I for one am not standing for it any longer.
