I bought a car and I found I have problem in the transmission and I have oil leak in the 4WD Box. A week after I bought the car I needed to do inspection and they told me about the leak, and the problem its not new problem (the oil cleaned before the sale and that was done to conceal the problem that existed with the leak). I visited the Dealer and asked him to fix the problem. He didn't want to fix it. and he said that he's not responsible for the car.
Moreover, before I bought the car the Dealer failed to disclose that the car was previously owned either by a leasing company or a car rental company, which would indicate excessive wear and tear on the car. The Dealer had indicated that it was a car that did miles within the city. Finally, when I bought the car the Dealer gave me a false Kelly Blue Book value for the car, he conveniently added a back seat to the specs giving the car greater value than the car actually has with no back seat. Moreover the capacity of the car was now only five people as opposed to 7 people.
