Complaint Review: US1 Van Lines Of New Jersey

The dispatcher refuses to call my daughter and son-in-law back to let them know when the truck will be coming to Florida. My son-law has his tool box on the truck and was offered a job and he cannot start because he does not have his tool box and when the truck will be coming to Florida. Their names are Kelly & Rich Yagins. The movers came on the 30th of July and promised them to have their stuff by August 3rd. They still have not received it yet. My son-in-law is getting very upset, since he might lose his job. Hope you can help them..
