On 6/11/09 I ordered a headlight for my Lincoln LS. It was to be shipped in 3-5 days. I still have no headlight today 7/8/09.

On 6/15/09 they took my money using the ATM system. No response to my emails, a phoney telephone number.

I am out $142.56. The only thing I have is a copy of a (phoney?) order invoice..........help!

Good Morning:

I read your e-mail about US Auto Light Parts charging your credit card and not shipping your item. You will never rec'vd that part! Contact your credit card company and just tell them what happen. They should give you a full refund. Hopefully you used paypal, then the money would be reversed ASAP. If it makes you feel any better the website is shut down. When you go to it, it links you to something else. I've contacted the Attorney General of Ca regarding this little dirt bag! In fact I mail a 27 page report on them. They are going after him. Fraud is still stealing. Go on E-bay and get your item. I'm hoping the lillte turd gets arrested.

Call your bank or credit card/debit card company and dispute the charge

Hi

I was also scammed by this company. I called and disputed the charge and my bank credited my account. I told my bank that the site is bogus and Its like the company does not exist, It's just some guy with a credit card reader taking the money without shipping out the orders. I would also recommend canceling the credit card used in the transaction since I believe anyone who bought from USA auto parts could have possibly compromised their account. File a complaint with the BBB, don't let them get away with your money
