So I needed a car, and I am the classic bad credit situation. I was refered to USA Auto and delighted someone could help me. I ended up walking away happy in a 97 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. On December 20th.

Two weeks later, January 3rd, after my warranty had expired, the transmission begins to slip. Frazzled, I called my salesman and he has me bring it back, with a mechanics statement that the transmission was going, and it wasn't anything that I could have done to the car. This had startd long before. I was ok, as the salesman traded it straight across for a 2000 Daewoo Leganza with only 38,000 miles!! Yay!! Wonderful!! Great!

Yeah, that sentiment lasted a mere 45 days as last Saturday (February 22nd) the car starts spitting and sputtering and low and behold, my fuel injection system goes out. This time from the dealer, I get this response: "Your warranty is up, what are you calling me for?" They won't do a thing. And legally they aren't liable. Morally they are reprehensible. Leaving a 31 year old single mom with no transportation and an 1100.00 car repair bill.
