 I was an employee for USA Auto Service for a few months at the Lantana location. For one, we WERE trained to over exaggerate the severity of any issue with a vehicle to try and get the most out of the customer. Our paychecks depended on it most of the time. If we didn't meet a quota for the day/week we didn't get paid. And being the honest person I am, I could not in good conscious rip off a customer. So when a tech told me there was a "severe" issue, I would walk the customer to the vehicle and show them. Even then, sometimes they just couldn't afford it. And myself and team were chastised because of this. There is so much more I could go into detail about but just don't have the time. The manager/part owner Denny Rivera is a lying,thieving sorry excuse for a human being. The "owner" Shafik Hijiri is also a cheat. I am still owed well over $1k in pay from these crooks and will probably never see it, unfortunately. I had a great credit score when I started working there and because they failed to pay me in full at time or even at all, going weeks without pay...it ruined my credit and almost my life. This company and owners are the true definition of a cancer to society. I hope this gets out to where it needs to be and that no one else suffers the way I have.
