Complaint Review: USA Benefits

USA Benefits called USA Benefits. A lady Named Liz at 9:36 am on 9/5/2014. I gave her my details and my credit card information, I told her I cancelled the offer for the $29.xx; yet did not received my $100.xx gift certificate--however, they took two payments from my credit card $1.95. You told me I receive it--but to date, I've received nothing! Internet

I called a company called USA Benefits. A lady named Liz at 9:36 am on 9-5-2014.  She explained that I could get a $100 dollar gift certificate by joining their program for $1.95--and if I didn't like the program, I could cancelled within 15 days. Thus, I gave her my details and asked for the customer service numbers to get help in future/to cancel the offer.  She said, I will be getting a mail from them but I didn't recieved any mail from them in next 24hours and that made me look about this company on internet.  I called the same number again to cancel my order--and I didn't received any mail from them but she again started asking about my details to sell the same 100$ offer. I told her that your system already have my details--and that the company already charged me twice for $1.95!  Liz gave me this confirmation:UBA0905RRZ.  I've tried calling the 800 numbers, but get some other businesses.  Still have not received Gift certificate!
