The phone caller indicates that I have been selected to receive a $100 gift card to use anywhere I wish.

They confirm my name and address and ask if I have a Visa or MasterCard that is active and my home address.  They then ask for the expiration date.  They say several times that they do not need any other verification.  They are extremely hard to understand and if I ask a question, they do not respond.  They just say "ok" and proceed to ask additional questions.

I am then trransferred to a account specialist and that person asks if I understand what the previous person said.  This person proceeds to ask for my credit card number.  I refuse to give them my card number and they try to confuse you with other questions and then again ask for the cc number.  I inform them that I am not releasing my cc info.  They say they do not need or want the 3 numbers on the back of the card, as that is how people are able to make purchases againist the cc.

I have received 15 calls from them in the past 2 days, the last one being this morning. It is always the same person, John Cedar, employee id # 92472, which is what he says on the calls. Most of the times I do not answer my cell phone; but when I do the above transpires.  I informed them yesterday that I had already reported them, thinking that they would stop calling.  They called again this morning; hence, I am now reporting it and I have blocked my phone and added my phone to the do not call list.
