USA Benefits Contacted by phone (wrong number) wrongly identified agency as Direct TV Rebate offer, offered magazines and $100 pre-paid card, when i ask about Direct TV info identified self as USA Benefits after asking for Master Card Number and charges of $1 Nationwide

Contacted USA Benefits by accident, I dialed wrong number when I ask about Direct TV offer, Representative Tia started telling me about a $100 pre-paid card, which is what I was calling Direct TV about and magazines etc. When I told her I only wanted to register the pre-paid card I had received from Direct TV she said the only way I could do that was to register with USA Benefits, subscibe to some magaines etc and authorize $1.95 on my Master Card, I ask again about the Direct TV offer and she said I had to register with USA Benefits first, I gave number and she said I would be receiving a Welcome pkg. I told her again I did not want the magazines, and she proceeded to hang up on me, I did get her attention and ask her to clarify what USA Benefits was and told her I was confused, she explained and I told her to NOT charge my card $1.95 and forget we even spoke, she said she would and told me the correct number for the person I was trying to call was 800-555-1212, which was a SCAM number. told her there was too many scams going around and that I was going to report this as a scam. Upon hanging up I realized I had dialed the wrong phone number I had dialed 800-765-2410 instead of 800-764-2410,
