I received a Pay Day cash loan offer in my e-mail. I was curious so I checked it out. I filled out an application just to see if I would qualify. I qualified for an amount of money.

However upon further research on organizations of that type I decided not to accept. The company called me and began asking me details of how I wanted the money sent, etc. I told them that I changed my mind and did not want any money from them. I finally convinced them that I was turning down the loan. We said goodbye and hung up.

Yesterday I see an amount that was deducted from my checking account of $19.95 and that it was deducted by USA Benefits. I found the number and called the company. They said when I signed up for the Pay Day loan, I also signed up for their credit company and that I had $2,500 in credit to shop on their website.

I had no knowledge of this! I immediatley told them I wanted to cancel my supposed membership. The lady I talked to, Darlene Faust, told me that she cancelled my membership and gave me a confirmation number.

After I hung up I called my bank and filed a Fraudulent Activity report and a dispute. That is how things stand as of 20 JULY 2006.
