USA BENEFITS Fraudulent Charge, Refusal to refund immediately Internet
On 11/08/2006 I went to my online banking for Bank of America, and there was a charge of $19.95 from USA BENEFITS, whom I've never heard of pending on my account and causing an overdraft. My bank gave me the phone number to USA BENEFITS and I called to advise them that I had never placed an order with them for anything and wanted whatever it was cancelled and an immediate refund as it was causing an overdraft on my account. They agreed to cancel but stated they were unable to issue a refund for at least 8 days!
I was given a cancellation confirmation number and called BANK OF AMERICA back and they refused to issue a credit to my account and also charged me a $33.00 overdraft fee!! So now I'm out about $55.00 and there is still no resolution...
