Usa Card Services And Affiliates; Ad For Sight ripoff, scam, Dallas Texas
Usa card services called me September 2005 after I responded to their numerous emails. Initially I spoke with Melanie and she turned me down as I would not sign up on the spot. I wanted to check with the BBB first. Later Paul Ghassemi called and said there was no money upfront and I would be making money in two months which would more than cover the $129 a month fees.
I also told him I never had a website before and I was new at the computer. He said not to worry as they had Tutorials to teach me and a support staff if I had problems. There many more things to learn than what is in the tutorials. Much more than I am capable of. I've spent countless hours trying to get sales.
I am an ex-math teacher and if I can't get it, I am sure there are many others who cannot also. I had checked with the BBB and they only had two unresolved complaints which seemed reasonable to me. They sent me a credit card machine on a four year lease which I have absolutely no use for. It is just sitting here still in the box and I am paying $109/month for it.
I've written to Paul a couple of times and he doesn't respond.
In the past I left numerous messages for help and they never got answered. When I phoned for help I was on line for hours waiting to get off hold. I am a persistent and stubborn individual and I really wanted to make money as I am retired. Paul lied to me and sucked me into a four year contract. I have made no profit.

There are more than two who have mastered the system. If you haven't who have you called, and what have you done about it?
Jason, please call customer support Monday and get your problems solved. And don't tell me you've already done that. It's time to prove to everyone here that you are willing to be successful, and not just loking for excuses for failure. I'd give you my direct extension if they would let me do that. if you are resourceful, you'll find me.
I call your bluff!

Steve and Don seem to be the only ones that have mastered this program. Maybe instead of telling us that we did not work hard enough and that we are lazy and cry babies for being ripped off, they could show us how to master the Internet, How to get support From USA Card services and Colony1 and the tax advantages of a useless machine. Once these companies get your money the support stops, that's how it worked for me.

I've worked hard all my life so I am not afraid of work especially if I know there are rewards. Work was not the problem as I put in countless hours trying to learn the system. I told Paul Ghassemi I did not know computers nor did I ever have a website before. I did not need a credit card terminal as I had no intention of working off the website. Even if I wanted to I had the option of collecting cash or checks.
People who don't want to sell face to face are bad business people??!! What does that make you then?! How many of your friends have you sold this to? There is no continuity to your program. Every time I called in I got a different person and had to fill them in on what I was doing. After six months I had made no money even though I was told it would happen in two months. I could not afford to lose more money.
I suggest you get a real job and do real work.

Here are the facts friends:
1.There are lots of people making money selling whatever they want online through the USACS system.
2.It takes hard work. ALL BUSINESS takes hard work, and lazy people will probably fail. If success was easy everyone would be doing it.
3.If you actually had an accountant, he would tell you that leasing that terminal makes the best business sense because of the tax advantages. Do you know any startup business that goes out and buys everything to start a business? NO! They lease all their equipment from the furniture to the copier and phone system.
4.Those who don't want to sell products face to face are just bad business people. Yes, the Internet will comprise most of your sales, but to overlook the effective marketing strategies like trade shows is just bad business. And that will take a terminal to accomplish.
5.If people spent as much time working on their business as they did whining here, they might start seeing profits roll in. And every person who loses must have SOMETHING to blame it on if they can't accept personal responsibility themselves.
Attitude is everything!

Definitely not associated with Chase or JP Morgan

Tony, they use those names just to give them some legitimacy. They have no affiliation with those banks other than perhaps they are a third-party that processes credit cards. But that doesn't mean anything. Many, many companies rely on Chase for this purpose and you don't see them go around giving out Chase's name as a referral. Chase will get wind of this and will put a stop to it. I think I will let them know. Everyone who reads this should contact Chase and JP morgan about what these people are saying.

I don't know who Don is. I have contacted Tom Johnson. at USA card service. They claim they are affiliated with Chase and JP MORGAN. I asked them for contact information. He firmly said "I don't think we give that information" I told him I can't give you social security and bank information then! I called Chase and They checked several times for me. And they are not connected with USA card service. Please find a way to take these people out of business. - Tony Philadelphia

You don't need USA Card Services
#11Consumer Suggestion

You don't need USA Card Services to get a merchant account or to process credit cards. Leasing a terminal is a huge waste of money. You can buy one inexpensively on the internet. Also, you can just buy software that you can use on your computer to process credit cards.
The website assistance is available from many sources on the internet. You can have one done for you inexpensively if you don't want to do it yourself.
You can find all the drop shippers you will ever need by just doing a search on the internet.
Small business advice is also available inexpensively from sources on the internet.
Again, the point is that paying out all that money is not necessary and a waste when you can get it all alot cheaper.
Lastly, with all the complaints that USA Card Services has received, why do any business with them?

Oh, Gary...

No Gary, I don't work for the company. I am a customer, and I refer a lot of business to USA Card Services. Why? Because the training and support we get is better than any I have ever paid for in the past.
I know why you won't show anyone your website Gary, I'd be emberassed to show my blank template too if I were you.
This company gives you everything you need to run a legitimate company, both online and off.
And, they pay their affiliates AS PROMISED every time on time, and I pull in about $1200 a month in sales from that alone, Gary.
You didn't get scammed, and I'm pretty sure you know that. You just didn't "get" the Internet. So, if anyone else is wanting to join USA Card Services, you're actually going to have to learn this stuff and put it to practical use.

Don, if you have not delt with this company what makes you think all of these complaints are untrue? I worked my butt off on my site for 8 months and spent ALOT more money to get it on the search engines. Guess what Don... i didnt make a dime like they promised. And i didnt just SIT waiting for my business to throw money at me. As you can see when i sent the machine back and changed my checking account info. i Closed my site like i would assume everyone that has complained here has done.
Tell ya what Don, Why dont you go to usacardservices website "which has been changed to .us for some reason" and join and show us how its done? I would love to see someone... anyone come to ripoffreport.com and put up a Rebuttal showing there website and how well its doing.
"Why don't you show us"

I see a lot of complaints about this company on how they have suckered you into your lease. Why don't you show us all this website that you worked on so diligently so that we can see whether this company is a scam, or if you sat around for 6 months waiting for your business to throw money at you.
