I entered into an agreement with a lease company(Global Tech Leasing)by a 3rd party vendor from USA Card Services (Eric Pinola) in July 2005, who did not explain the relationship differences honestly to me. When I asked about using "PayPal" for my internet business, I was told by this salesperson (who contacted me by phone) that Paypal was "not secure" and I would need a charge machine, which I obviously do NOT need.

I started making payments (86 dollars a month) for this machine (a Verifone Omni 3200, an item that I have since learned retails for less than 300 dollars) shortly after. I never even took the machine out of the box! The wording of the contract was unclear and confusing and the sales rep used unnecessarily high-pressure techniques to make me feel I had no other options. Due to their lies, I am now stuck in this lease for an item that I don't need and have never needed.
